Listen up, ladies! Today is the best day of your life to spread your wings, broaden your horizons, take the proverbial plunge and get hooked on a new sport. The question is, are you born to bobsled or hard-wired for hoops? Take this quick 10-question quiz and let us help you figure out which sports were created with you in mind. Let's go! It's time to get in a game!

1. What best describes your attention span?
I could find a needle in a haystack.
If it piques my interest I'll stick with the program, otherwise hand me the remote.
What was that question again?

2. How accommodating is your schedule?
I'm free from 3:00 to 3:25 on the 19th.
I can usually find the time.
I am as free as a bird.

3. How strong are you?
I live by the phrase "No heavy lifting."
Not too wimpy, not too buff.
Just call me Wonder Woman.

4. How do you feel about staring into the eyes of danger?
I only practice safe sports.
Depends on the odds.
Do emergency rooms offer frequent patient programs?

5. How much of a time investment will you make to learn something new?
If there's a shortcut I'll find it.
I'd give it my full attention for a couple of months.
I give the full 110% to everything I do

6. Where do you prefer to exercise?
Outside, I enjoy the fresh air.
Indoors or out, whatever is most convenient.
Indoors. I like a roof over my head.

7. When it comes to sports, where are you in your element?
Terra firma. I need to have both feet firmly on the ground.
Water. I like to dive right into my workout.
Land, sea and air - I'll try it all.

8. How much are you willing to shell out to get started in a sport?
$100 or less
up to $200
If I like a sport or activity I'll buy all the right equipment.

9. Would you be willing to pay as you play?
Yes.
One time fee, maybe.
No.

10. When it comes to exercise, your preference is:
Go it alone. I don't want to be dependent on someone else's schedule to get in a workout.
I'd rather exercise with a friend or two--but nothing organized.
I need other people to motivate me.
The more the merrier. I thrive on competition.
