Women, Sport, Business: Thoughts to Consider...

To become a member of a U.S. National Gymnastics team, an athlete must first work her way through a series of qualifying meets. The Senior National team has 20 members (15 years and older) and the Junior National team has 12-16 members (15 years and younger). Both teams are selected at the National Championships. Approximately 125 athletes, ages 6-11, are selected annually through the nationwide Talent Opportunity Program (TOP’s).
