Community Action Programs are grassroots organizations that encourage local communities to support and celebrate participation of girls and women in sports and fitness. "CAPs" recognize female athletes, coaches, businesses, and volunteers who support girls' and women's opportunities, and undertake other activities in support of women's sports and athletics.
