The Billies!
The media captivates our imaginations. The media shapes our perceptions of what the female athlete looks like – who she is – whether or not her power is beautiful. On Tuesday, Sharon Osbourne, Master P, Sir Elton John, Women's Sports Foundation CEO Karen Durkin (pictured), Billie Jean King and a host of champion female athletes gathered in Beverly Hills to celebrate those members of the media who are doing right by the female athlete.
